Our topic is a very global one. For this reason, we will only explain few of the strategies we will focus on during the training. Indeed, for us some strategies are more important than other, this is why we won’t talk a lot about the tips for both home and work. Here are the main categories of exercises the instructor will provide the managers during the training: A. Manage your time †¢ The urgent/important matrix This matrix is a very important tool to teach people how to manage their time and how to prioritize their actions, both at work and at home. It allows people to learn how to allocate time effectively and make a hierarchy of what is really important and what is not. This matrix will help managers to make the difference between†¦show more content†¦Ã¢â‚¬ ¢ Stay flexible It’s essential for managers to stay flexible at any time because it will allow them to less stress and improve their work-life balance. It not means be passive but just being able to embrace changes both at work and in personal life. B. Setting goals †¢ The three Ps (positive, personal possible) The three Ps method helps people make their goals achievable. These goals must be positive, personal, and possible. First of all, managers have to formulate their goals is a positive way. While formulating in a positive way, managers will feel good about themselves. The goals managers formulate must be personal. Indeed these goals must reflect the value and the aspirations of the managers. This way, it will be easier for them to accomplish goals that are part of them. To formulate personal goal, managers have to start their sentence by â€Å"I†. Eventually, the goals must be possible; it means that managers can realize them while using their own capacities. Managers have to be realistic regarding their goals; otherwise they will never realize them. †¢ S.M.A.R.T. goals Managers have to focus on achievable goals. To do that, they have to figure it out if their goals are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Timely.
